Order Processing & Confirmation

  • 1. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  • 2.If orders are large, especially during holidays, shipping may be delayed. Please allow extra shipping time. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via email.
  • 3. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the items ordered and your shipping information. Please check this information carefully (country, street number, company name, unit ……) and contact us promptly if there are any errors.
    If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us .

  • We endeavor to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.) it may take longer.
    You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • 5. Shipping Costs: Charges are automatically calculated by region weight volume | Free shipping for orders over $99 (excluding remote areas, total weight greater than 20 kg, volume greater than 1 cubic meter)
    Expedited Shipping within 5-10 business days  +$20.99
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak times or when your package is undergoing customs inspection. In exceptional circumstances, deliveries may be delayed by up to 5 working days. While we will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • 1. After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details. Please allow 2-3 days for processing before tracking your package. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time of order, order status, and package tracking number for the shipped item(s). You can track your item(s) on the carrier’s official website after 24 hours.
  • 2. Once the item arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. This means that you will be able to track your package on your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number. If the tracking shows that the package is undeliverable for any reason, please contact your local post office first for more details. Since they are processing your package, they will be able to provide you with information that we do not have.
  • 3. If you have any problems tracking your package, please email us at [email protected]. We are happy to help!
  • Please note that tracking is valid for 30 days after the order has been placed, so if you contact us after this period, we will not be able to help you in any way.

Delivery Information

  • 1. Thank you for your support and patience. Your order has been processed and the goods are expected to reach you within 5-15 days. We will track the logistics status to ensure smooth delivery!
  • 2. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our products are not damaged. If an item is damaged in transit, please email us immediately at [email protected]. within 3 business days of receiving your shipment.
  • 3. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by sending us a picture.
  • 4. If possible, please document any problems with the delivery (damaged/soaked packaging, torn/bent product ……) to the carrier upon receipt of your order .
  • 5. Change my shipping address
    If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please email support@furrycozy.com as soon as possible.

Special Reminder​

  • Order processing will be delayed in case of force majeure. Nevertheless, we guarantee that your order will be processed as quickly as the weather permits.
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated during checkout. Any packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be reshipped at your expense.
    If it is not a quality issue, you will have to pay for the shipping of the returned product yourself.
