At FURRYCOZY, our goal is to make both you and your furry friends happy! If your recent purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, no worries. We provide an easy-to-follow refund and returns policy. - It’s crucial that you inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it’s in excellent condition. FURRYCOZY is committed to providing an exchange or a full refund, which includes the shipping costs, for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please get in touch with us directly for assistance. (Please include a photo or video of the item(s) in their original packaging, highlighting the damaged part).
- If you’re not satisfied with your item(s), FURRYCOZY will issue a full refund for the returned product. But be sure to contact us.Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Any promotional gifts must be returned along with your item; otherwise, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Non-returnable Items:
- Regrettably, some items cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Custom products are non-returnable.
- All Clearance Items are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return.
- Special promotional products are non-returnable.
- Gift cards or vouchers are non-returnable.
- Uncommunicated reasons for any order
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail and contact us for a product mailing address.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us for a product mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return?
- To begin the return process, you can contact us at [email protected].(Please attach a photo or video of the item(s) in their original packaging, and provide your name, phone number, the product’s name in question, and the reason for the return, e.g., faulty item, change of mind, etc.)
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and provide you with a code to mark on the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Please ensure that your item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Retain your shipping information for tracking purposes, ensuring the safe arrival of your package at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the return journey.
- Upon receipt of the item and confirmation of return eligibility, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 days (processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank). Please note that original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
